As a senior advisor and consultant, I work with organizations and provide expert advice on the elaboration and deployment of tailored strategies and tactics to improve their governance, operational, economic, societal, and environmental performance. I also help them understand and deal with political, governmental and geopolitical issues, as well as understand the dynamic of international relations.

As an executive coach, I work with individuals to help them become more effective leaders and better manage their lives using methodologies directly taken from Formula 1.

I also mentor and support students and young individuals in their search for a fulfilling career and life. I organize, on demand, an exclusive three-day retreat to allow young people reflect clearly on their objectives for their life, studies and career, and to provide them with mental models and tools to achieve success.

As an independent board member, I share my expertise and knowledge with organizations for them to make the best possible strategic decisions, ensure they adheres to their mission, values and responsibilities and achieve long-term, sustainable performance.

As a speaker, I teach at various university programmes and contribute to conferences and events on the thematics of standardization, international relations, geopolitics, leadership, responsible management, management of not-for-profit organizations and personal and corporate sustainable high performance.

My current clients include global companies in the technology, finance, information and private equity sectors, as well as regional intergovernmental and not-for-profit organizations.
