As a senior advisor and consultant, I work with organizations and provide expert advice on the elaboration and deployment of tailored strategies and tactics to improve their governance, operational, economic, societal, and environmental performance. I also help them understand and deal with political, governmental and geopolitical issues, as well as understand the dynamic of international relations.

As an executive coach, I work with individuals to help them become more effective leaders and better manage their lives using methodologies directly taken from Formula 1.

I also mentor and support students and young individuals in their search for a fulfilling career and life.

As an independent board member, I share my expertise and knowledge to help organizations make the best possible strategic decisions and ensure they adheres to their mission, values and legal responsibilities.

As a speaker, I teach at various university programmes and contribute to conferences and events on the thematics of standardization, international relations, geopolitics, leadership, responsible management, management of not-for-profit organizations and personal and corporate wellbeing.

My current clients include global companies in the technology, finance, information and private equity sectors, as well as regional intergovernmental and not-for-profit organizations.
